Artwork Upload Policy

This policy outlines how Dash Print Co. handles customer-uploaded files, designs, and artwork.

1. Print-Ready Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • High-resolution artwork (300 DPI recommended)
  • Transparent PNG or TIFF (unless otherwise noted)
  • Correct sizing and orientation
  • Proper color formats (RGB/CMYK accepted, though slight variations may occur)

If files need correction, the customer must request design services before printing.

2. Ownership & Rights

By uploading artwork, you confirm:

  • You own the rights to the design
  • You have permission to reproduce the artwork
  • The artwork does not violate copyright or trademark laws

We may decline printing if copyright infringement is suspected.

3. Editing & Adjustments

We do not alter customer files unless you request:

  • Background removal
  • Color changes
  • Resizing
  • Cleanups or enhancements

Additional fees may apply.

4. Storage of Artwork

  • Files may be stored temporarily for reprints or order history.
  • Files may be deleted after a certain period for system maintenance.
  • We do not use customer artwork for marketing or any other purpose.

5. Prohibited Content

We do not print:

  • Explicit or pornographic content
  • Hate speech or violent content
  • Designs promoting illegal activity
  • Stolen or copyrighted designs without rights
